would recommend for a break on long journey
Modern room, comfortable bed, with excellent continental breakfast options like Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and good sourdough bread for toast, making it a perfect place to relax during your journey, and the convenient location just two blocks from California Street allows for easy access to a variety of restaurants and walking trails.
Was all great.

It was a perfect match for a weekend trip in Jacksonville with great value for money. The innkeepers were super friendly and even prepared an expanded continental breakfast with leftover tri-tip, which was a nice surprise. Tip, keep ear plugs handy for street noise.

Charming décor throughout the property catches the eye, and the outdoor kitchen adds an unexpected touch for grilling. A delightful garden view from the balcony provides a perfect escape from the city vibes.
Noise levels are a drawback, with sounds from above and the surrounding rooms easily penetrating through the walls, making it difficult to find peace. The breakfast setup, while varied, often runs low on items like bread, and the flatware situation could use improvement—it's frustrating to find limited supplies when you're ready to eat. Additionally, waiting for hot water to come through was a bit of a hassle. it feels wasteful when you've got a limited window to enjoy your shower.

charming walkable spot near parks and dining options
I really enjoyed my stay at this charming B&B where the rooms were comfortable, and the lovely garden provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful britt gardens just a short walk away and the delightful restaurants like las palmas within easy reach. this place is ideal for single travelers looking to socialize with friends and relax, but soundproofing could use some improvement as I did hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

enjoyable stay but some room for improvement
The check-in service exceeded expectations with friendly staff. The breakfast offered unique, healthy options like Greek yogurt, fruit, and granola, setting a high standard for continental meals.
The location, while convenient, could benefit from clearer signage.

A Cozy Stay with Room for Improvement
The Queen Room offered comfort and charm, but creaky floors above added unwanted noise. Breakfast was plentiful but ran low on supplies early. Consider asking for an upper-floor room for quieter nights. Overall, a pleasant experience in a convenient location for exploring the area.
